Stopped by on Sunday after church for some hot chocolate and pastry. This was our first time at this location. The service was fast and friendly and the hot chocolate and pastry were very good. Looks like this will be part of our Sunday morning routine. After the car wash of course!

I always go to this Starbucks, but on Sunday I got a cinnamon dulce latte and about 30 minutes after I started vomitting for hours, then went to ER around 7pm, heart was racing, monday still vomitting and today, I had to get a nurse to come to my house and give me an IV .. super expendive. They need to be careful with milk that they use please. I literally felt like I was dying, thst fast I lost 9 lbs.

The last 2 times I came Ive been met with a fake attitude. Who ever is on the drive thru 4/24 @11:30am was being ridiculous with the card reader (not letting me be able to see whats on the screen) but making sure I know theres an option for a tip. Like you just gave me attitude in the drive thru and then youre being difficult with the card reader, why would I give you a tip? Then, she kept dropping the reader off in my hand because she didnt want to hold it (which has never happened before). I dont wanna touch yall nasty card reader that probably has NEVER been washed. A tip is for the friendly service. And there was a major lack of friendliness or service

I woke up feeling sick and all I wanted was a medicine ball. I pull up to the drive-thru and place my order with a very helpful gentleman who was fast, efficient and professional and kind, Thank you for that. As I’m waiting to pull up to the window to pay I was watching how the interactions before me were going seemed great, like happy and cheerful but the moment I pull up the girl looks at my car and me and proceeded to not say hi or greet me just shoves the payment method at me, at this point I’m not about to add a tip if you can’t even say hello, I proceed to receive my items and asked for extra honey packs the girl doesn’t say anything to me just hands me two, I asked for a few more as I bought extra tea packs and she looked at me as if it was inconvenient and asks how many I say, 4 please she hands them to me, I say thank you and she didn’t even respond. Interactions like these are the reason I stopped spending my money on coffee at Starbucks and go to Dutch Bros, because the service is so much better. Thank you to the woman with the centipede tattoo for the poor customer service and piss poor attitude. Gotta love that for me, as I was just trying to grab a medicine ball to fe

This morning we stopped after a doctor appointment to get some pumpkin delights. My pumpkin spice latte was delicious as always. My daughter said that you "ate "her pumpkin chai with vanilla, sweet cream foam and light caramel drizzle. She said you knocked it out of the park. It was fantastic. Thank you so much for a delicious treat And the gentleman at the window. He is literally fantastic. I cannot remember his name, but he has glasses on and a beautiful smile and he is fantastic at his job. He is exactly what customer service needs these days.
